How Elizabeth Fager got involved with Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation and Enforcement
After graduating from college I began to actively look for a job in a small organization where I could spend some time figuring out what my next steps in life should be. I had always wanted to work for Americorps, and stumbled across the ACCT OSM/VISTA program. I was impressed by the work they had done and was thrilled when I was offered a position with the Northern Panhandle RC&D.
Elizabeth Fager's accomplishments
I am much more confident in my writing abilities and have a greater understanding of how people work as a result of my work as a VISTA. My time here has also given me a chance to consider my options for the future and make some decisions to what I would like to do.
Elizabeth Fager's next steps
I would love to continue my work in natural resources and eventually purse a masters degree.
